John Greening Founder & CEO

Mr. Greening is a Telecommunications executive with twenty plus years of experience growing companies and applying technology to assist the Telecom marketplace to grow subscribers and roll-out new services.

Mr. Greening was the Operations Executive at Information Systems Development (ISD). He was responsible for the development and implementation of a Cable/Broadband billing product to support video, high speed data, and telephony billing. The product, ICOMS, is operating today at over 30% of the Cable/Broadband market. Mr. Greening was the key executive in implementing the infrastructure and building the organization to profitably grow the company from two million subscribers under contract to over 12 million in four years. The company was then sold to Convergys and was recently acquired by NetCracker.

Mr. Greening was a Vice President in the Austin start-up, Arrowsmith Technologies, which build the first fully integrated field service management for the cable and broadband marketplace. Mr. Greening was responsible for hiring and managing a staff of over 100 including the functional areas of sales, marketing, system integration, system implementation, and customer support.

As a partner at Ernst & Young and successor Cap Gemini, Mr. Greening was the lead partner in building a practice in serving the cable/broadband marketplace. The practice included: business process reengineering, system integration, large program management, and system implementation. Under Mr. Greening’s leadership, the practice profitably sold and delivered over $135 million in consulting services over a 7 year period.

Relevant experience includes:

• Development and implementation of customer care and billing platforms – the backbone of data for the Cable/Broadband marketplace.

• Development and implementation of data warehouses and data marts for the Cable/Broadband marketplace. Data from these systems was utilized for marketing and campaign management solutions.

• Development and implementation of core business processes to gain efficiency and support the accelerated roll-out of new services

• Development and implementation of technology and business process to assist field operations for broadband service providers.

Mr. Greening holds a BSM and MBA from Tulane University.
